Terms Of Service

GenieUs is an AI-powered interactive assistant service offered by Videos4Businesses (V4B.ai), a division of Digi Osmosis Private Limited (“Digi Osmosis”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GenieUs platform, including all associated tools, applications, content, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using GenieUs, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable payment and refund policies. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the Service.

By accessing or using GenieUs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind the entity to these Terms of Service.

V4B reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the site. Continued use of GenieUs after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

GenieUs provides businesses with customizable, Human AI agents for voice, video, and chat interactions. These agents are trained using client-provided data (FAQs, service information, etc.) and can automate conversations, assist users, qualify leads, book appointments, and share content.

You are responsible for providing accurate information required for training your AI agent. Once onboarding is complete, your agent will go live within 7 working days.

GenieUs is offered on a monthly subscription basis with no setup fees. Payments are processed through integrated payment gateways.

Invoices are auto-generated and shared post-payment. Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled manually through your account settings.

Once subscribed, clients will:

• Receive a welcome email and intake form
• Share basic business information, services, and FAQs
• Schedule a discovery call with our team
• Review the final project tracker and timeline
• Go live with their GenieUs AI assistant within 7-10 business days

All backend development is handled by V4B’s internal tech and content teams.

Clients engaging GenieUs agree to provide:

• A complete brief, including brand philosophy and all required information for AI training and asset creation.
• Approvals for campaign ideas, scripts, and copywriting before production begins.

Any changes requested post-approval will incur additional charges.

• Duration of interactive AI responses and scenarios will be predefined based on the initial brief.
• AI avatars are delivered in one language; additional languages can be added at extra cost.
• Clients will receive 2 iterations per asset. Further changes will be considered overages and charged accordingly.
• GenieUs allows flexibility in feature selection — businesses may choose audio, video, or hybrid support based on requirements.
• Once scope and deliverables are confirmed, they cannot be reduced. If expanded, revised costs will apply. If reduced, the original cost remains unchanged.
• Deliverables will be provided only after full payment is received.

• GenieUs includes fixed-duration maintenance based on the chosen package. This covers script updates, AI re-training, and FAQ enhancements.
• Any extended maintenance or ongoing support will require a new service agreement.

• Selected individuals must be available for AI Presenter training at least 2 working days before the shoot.
• Any shoot canceled within this window will result in loss of the advance and incurred costs.

• Clients retain full ownership of deliverables upon full payment.
• Digi Osmosis/V4B may showcase anonymized versions of the deliverables for portfolio or promotional purposes with client consent.
• Source materials, raw footage, and edited files are stored for up to 6 months post-delivery, unless agreed otherwise.

All business content and data shared for AI training will be treated as confidential. V4B will not disclose this information to third parties, except as required by law.

Once full payment is received, the client owns the rights to the customized AI agent and content generated through GenieUs. However, V4B retains the right to use anonymized, non-sensitive versions of the content for internal training or promotional purposes (with prior consent).

GenieUs is provided as a technology solution. While we strive to offer high-quality AI communication, V4B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our AI services are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure and are monitored for performance. Any technical issues or downtime will be addressed promptly by our internal support team. Support requests can be raised via email at grow@v4b.ai.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Failure to comply with these Terms, including non-payment, may result in service suspension or termination without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
